Refund policy
1. Your Right to Cancel
You have 28 days from receiving your order to return unwanted items for a refund.
This extends the statutory 14-day cooling-off period provided under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, giving you extra flexibility.
To start a return, please email general@haws.co.uk within 28 days of delivery.
To cancel an order, we ask that you notify us promptly with your request. Please note that we are not always able to cancel orders.

Please use the following text in the subject line: Cancel Order (insert order reference number)
You must include the word " Cancel" in your email Subject, together with the order reference number. This can be found on your order confirmation email and follows the format: #XXXXHAWS
If you fail to do this, then your request might miss the cancellation window.
In the email body, please briefly explain the reason for the cancellation.
2. Returning Items
After you notify us of your wish to return, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Include your order number and contact details inside the parcel.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Refunds include the original standard delivery cost (where applicable) but do not cover return postage unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, colour, or variation, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.
5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at general@haws.co.uk with photos of the issue.
6. Items Excluded from Returns
We cannot accept returns of:

Products damaged through misuse or neglect
Your statutory rights are not affected.
